HISTORY AND LEGEND
According to legend, Amaretti were prepared for the first time by a young couple as a gift to the Cardinal of Milan. From a mixture of apricot stones, sugar and egg white we obtain the famous round sweets, crunchy and decorated with flakes of granulated sugar, called Amaretti, of which we offer four delicious flavours; classic, chocolate covered, raspberry and pistachio covered.
